Castilla Y Leon is in central Spain and is made up of 9 Provinces, 05 Avila, 09 Burgos, 24 Leon, 34 Palencia, 37 Salamanca, 40 Segovia, 42 Soria, 47 Valladolid and 49 Zamora. The Capital of the Region is Valladolid. The region is situated on The northern part of the Meseta which with it's sister region Castilla La Mancha which is situated on the southern part of the Meseta occupies 40% of the land area of Spain. NB.
There are currently 3 Provinces in Castilla Y Leon where we have not taken pictures. They are:
24 Leon, 37 Salamanca, and 49 Zamora.
Consequently these Provinces are not included in the displayed selection list on the left.
