The region of Euskadi (Basque) or Pais Vasco (Spanish) is on the north coast of Spain and is made up of 3 Provinces, 01 Alava, 20 Guipuizcoa and 48 Viscaya. The Regional Capital is Vitoria (Spanish) - Gastiez (Basque). Please note that there is also a European cultural region called The Basque Country (Euskal Herria) which is made up of Euskadi together with the regions of Navarra and La Rioja. NB.
